Are you a manufacturing business in the BBP looking for entry level staff for engineering roles and opportunities?
The Australian Industry Group (AiGroup) is delivering a project funded by State Government aimed at increasing the number of entry level engineering opportunities.
The program consists of up-front pre-employment training which includes:
- Employability Skills (Resume writing interview skills and resilience training)
- Technical Skills
- WHS
- Hand and power tools
- Machining
- 3D Modelling
- Welding
Once Pre-Employment Program training is completed participants are ready to commence employment through our Group Training model or direct employment.
Benefits to employers include:
- PPE
- First year of TAFE fees covered if registered as an apprentice
- Tools for the workplace (case by case basis)
- Additional Training courses (e.g. forklift EWP)
