The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, ABN 21 973 226 012 (‘the Principal’) invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Design and Construction of Yarra Glen Lawn Bowls Changeroom Refurbishment 10 Anzac Avenue, Yarra Glen, Victoria (‘the Works’), (Melways Ref Map 274XK1).

Tenderers are advised that the construction start date is as soon as possible following contract award and the preferred month for Practical Completion is April 2023.
