HIGH-LOW RATIO BURIED SERVICE GEARBOXES

These gearboxes will be used for operating gate valves in a buried service application, they also incorporate dual input shafts to enable High/Low ratio selection.

Generally the high ratio input shaft is selected to unseat the valve using the full reduction and once unseated the low ratio can be selected to reduce the amount of input turns.

The buried service duty requires significant attention to sealing which is all performed in our Australian facility.
