Exciting changes to the Solar for Business program

Some exciting changes have been made to the Solar for Business program, making the program more accessible and open to even more Victorian businesses.

Interest-free loans 
The biggest update to the program is that we are now offering interest free loans in addition to offering a rebate of 50 per cent, up to $3,500, for eligible business owners to reduce the cost of installing a solar panel system on their place of business.

Changes to eligibility criteria  
We have also made changes to our eligibility criteria, making rebates  available to even more Victorian  businesses. We have expanded the number  of employees from businesses with less that 20 employees to businesses with less than 50 full time equivalent (FTE) employees.
