Energy Efficient Communities Program – Food and Beverage Manufacturing Business

Applications are now open for the $19.9 million Energy Efficient Communities Food and Beverage Manufacturing Business Grant program.

 

The program will provide grants to support small and medium sized food and beverage manufacturing businesses to improve energy efficiency practices and technologies to manage energy consumption to reduce their power bills. Successful businesses will save energy by replacing existing equipment with more energy efficient equipment, installing or replacing components to help existing systems run more efficiently, carrying out energy audits and monitoring and optimising energy use and emissions.

 

Applications will close at 5.00pm AEDT on 18 February 2022 or earlier if funding is exhausted.

The minimum grant amount is $10,000 and the maximum grant is $25,000.

DISER AusIndustry expect a high level of interest for this grant opportunity. Eligible applications will not automatically be approved. DISER will award grants according to meeting eligibility and submission time and date until the funding is exhausted in each jurisdiction.
