Biography

Melissa Hardy, based in Melbourne, is an Accredited Social Worker, international speaker, facilitator, and Licensed Principal Master Mental Health First Aid Instructor with over 20 years of diverse experience spanning not-for-profit, public and private health, multinational non-government organizations, schools, local government, and state government sectors.

Her expertise encompasses workplace wellbeing, mental health, drug and alcohol, and community development. Melissa designs and delivers corporate wellbeing programs integrating mental health literacy, psychosocial safety, Mental Health First Aid, self-care & resilience, yoga, and meditation. She excels in community development, reflective practice, and mental health facilitation.

Melissa's training experience extends to multinational corporations, VCAL students, women's organizations, people living with disabilities, government staff, sporting clubs, volunteer groups, and not-for-profit leaders. She also provides individual support to young people and adults living with mental illness.
