As a professional Career Development Practitioner I have expertise assisting individuals and organisations achieve greater awareness and clarity around career development, training and transition. Effective at building strong relationships using a solutions-based approach that is both sensitive and tailored to the needs of organisations and clients. Drawing on narrative counselling, mentoring and facilitation experience, I assist people to recognise their strengths, navigate opportunities, make informed decisions aligned with their values to achieve their educational, career and life goals.
