Managing Director Ian Angelico is a founding partner of CVA and has been a highly respected member of the industry for over 30 years, completing over 2,000 commercial property transactions during this time. Ian remains focused on achieving the best possible outcome for his clients and establishing long term relationships. It is this vast knowledge of all facets of the industry that has helped build the success of the company.
Ian has developed extensive knowledge of Agency, Asset Management and Development Consultancy. Furthermore, he has been directly involved from the “start to finish” of many commercial projects including sourcing land, concept design, project development and construction.
