The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Supply and Installation of Corporate Signage (‘the Services’). This is a Schedule of Rates contract. The Schedule of Rates will be subject to annual CPI adjustments. Please refer to the Schedule of Prices for details. The contract term will be 2 years with Council having the option to exercise three (3) extensions of one (1) year each. The intention is to engage one contractor to provide all the services under the contract. Please refer to Principal amendments to AS 4910-2002 Clause 47 (in this tender document) – Where the scope of this contract involves construction works, the Purchaser appoints the Contractor as principal contractor for the construction work performed for or on behalf of the Purchaser and authorises the Contractor to manage or control the workplace to the extent necessary to discharge the duties imposed on the Purchaser as defined in the Victorian Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 etc. Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING DATE or as otherwise changed by addenda. Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
