Yarra Ranges Council is extending an invitation for local Yarra Ranges businesses to participate in a heavily subsidised series of workshops and private one-on-one consultations with a highly-regarded Business Advisor.

Over four workshops, businesses will be given the strategies and guidance too:
• Recover now from the effects of the pandemic
• Reinvigorate business with new opportunities and strategies
• Grow into the future with techniques to shock-proof business from future disruptions

One-on-One Consultations
Working with an experienced business consultant from the ION Group, these one-on-one sessions will be an invaluable opportunity to create a bespoke three year strategy plan.

Eligibility
This opportunity is open to any small business trading in the Yarra Ranges that meets the following minimum requirements:
• Has been trading for a minimum of 3 years
• Either employs staff or utilises contractor services on a consistent basis
• Has a current website
• Commit to attending the Riding the Business Recovery Rollercoaster Series
