Get together for Dementia

Dementia impacts close to half a million Australians and almost 1.6 million Australians are involved in their care. The number of people living with dementia is set to double in the next 25 years.

Building Connections and Hard Road Brewing are excited to get together to increase the awareness of Dementia. Through September (Dementia Awareness month) and October, we are getting together to raise funds for Caladenia Dementia Care a local charity doing incredible work to support people living with dementia and their carers.

Funds raised will help Caladenia Dementia Care fund appropriate social activities which will provide respite to carers and social interaction for people living with dementia. The funds will enable purchasing of Activity equipment, Reminiscence items such as music, books, and other resources like Memory stimulation games.

Join us for a night of frothy’s, fun, friendship and fundraising.

How will we be raising funds?

• Dart competition
• Hard Road Brewing will be donating $1 from every beer sold on the night
• Gold coin donation to guess the number of bottle tops in the jar
• or simply donate directly through the QR code
