The journey towards Industry 4.0 (I4.0) can be tricky to navigate. After navigating through their own I4.0 journey, Paul Hughes (Managing Director and CEO), and Erika Hughes (Commercial Director) from Integra Systems (an award-winning design engineering and advanced manufacturing enterprise) will share their expertise, speaking about their own journey of implementing I4.0 practices throughout their advanced manufacturing facility in Melbourne’s north.

As part of their I4.0 adoption journey, Integra Systems have integrated their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Computer Assisted Drawings (CAD), and live machine monitoring data (IoT). This has enabled them to drive better productivity across their manufacturing facility, improve the quality of everything they manufacture, drive effective communication between designers, manufacturers and clients, and increase overall satisfaction and morale of staff.
