Now, more than ever, Australian manufacturers should be thinking about their businesses in a new way: how can business model innovation and leadership, enabled by digital technologies change the way in which my business can create, deliver and capture value, make it more resilient, cost competitive and sustainable to improve and transform my business and make it future-ready?

To answer this question, you need to think differently about aspects of your business:

  • How it earns & spends revenue
  • How it delivers & provides value to customers
  • How it engages & interacts with customers
  • The business ecosystem and supply chain

The Advanced Manufacturing Industry 4.0 Hub will be delivering Business Model Innovation for Industry 4.0 training as part of an ongoing series of Industry 4.0 training modules, to support manufacturing & process related industries (including Food & Beverage, Meat processing, Dairy, Agri-business, Defence, Pharmaceuticals etc) with Industry 4.0 and digitalisation in their business.

Intended for manufacturing business owners or senior executives (eg. General managers). There are limited places available so maximum of two people per business is allowed (1 ticket per person).

Business Model Innovation for Industry 4.0 training will cover:

  • The making of a business model
  • The business model expressed through the business model canvas
  • Business model design
  • Validating and testing a business model
  • Creating a value proposition
