Biography
For over fifteen years, Susie drove innovation through leadership Innovation & Marketing roles to develop world-class new products for multinational companies such as Colgate-Palmolive, Kraft Foods, Mondelez and Procter & Gamble at an Australian, European & Global level.
As the founder & CEO of innovation consultancy, Eat Drink Innovate, Susie has helped food and beverage businesses generate over 5,000 new product ideas and built new product funnels worth more than $900 million in sales.
In 2017, Susie wrote her Amazon best selling book "Innovation Feast: Create New Product Ideas to Feed your Hungry Business" and hosted the Eat Drink Innovate Podcast which showcased innovative Australian food entrepreneurs, and was a finalist at The Australian Podcast Awards 2019.
In 2022 Susie became a start-up food entrepreneur, launching SuperSeed plant-based ice creme - Australia's first hemp-based ice creme that is naturally delicious, vegan and allergen friendly.
